The water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent, providing a comfortable bathing experience. The motel's location was also very convenient, especially for those visiting the nearby University. The furniture in the rooms was comfortable and added to the overall pleasant stay.
One specific situation I encountered was the need for an updated kitchen. Although the motel provided a kitchen, it could benefit from some modernization.

We had a great stay here. The hotel was everything was super clean and had all the facilities we needed, including well-stocked kitchens and comfortable beds. The parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for us - so close to the university on Dundas street, where we spent most of our time, and just a short walk away from many other amenities in the city center.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The only good thing about my Christmas stay was the complementary wine and fruit basket in the room upon arrival. the hotel's location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants.
My Christmas stay was a complete nightmare. the room was dirty and had a musty smell, making it hard to breathe.

The hotel's location was very convenient and allowed us to easily explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the availability of electric blankets on a cold night.
The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. We noticed some grime and finger prints on the walls and furniture.

the hotel was ideally located close to a university, shops, and restaurants. We loved taking a stroll around the playing fields nearby. the room was cozy and the service was great. the facilities were well-equipped and the view was refreshing. We had a comfortable experience despite the noise from passing trucks at night. a budget-friendly hotel with a great location and all the necessary amenities.
The room could have used a bit of a spruce up to match the great service.
